1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the SmokeVest application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

SmokeVest is a mobile application that supports users in quitting smoking through a gradual reduction method. The app does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional health services.

3. Age Restriction

SmokeVest is for users aged 18 and over only. By using the app, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

4. User Account

A valid email address is required to create an account. Account security is the user's responsibility. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@smokevest.com.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. The app may not be misused, reverse-engineered, or subjected to unauthorized access attempts.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, content, and software of the SmokeVest application belong to SmokeVest. Content may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmokeVest is not a medical application. The app is provided "as is". We recommend seeking professional health support during your quitting process. SmokeVest cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.

8. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by third-party providers.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
